Meet the Founder
Haus of Flō was created from a very real place.
Like many women, I was balancing ambition, family, responsibility, and faith, grateful for a full life, yet aware of how easy it is to move through it feeling depleted instead of present. I didn’t want wellness to feel like another obligation. I wanted it to feel like a return.
A return to breath. A return to strength without strain. A return to clarity and fulfillment.
Haus of Flõ was built to create intentional spaces where movement restores instead of exhausts, where luxury is a feeling of dignity and being seen, and where every woman, in every season of life, can walk in carrying the weight of the world and leave more fulfilled than she arrived.
This is not about perfection or performance. It is about presence. It is about holding space with care, creating rooms where strength and softness coexist, and where community is built on mutual respect and shared empowerment.
My hope is simple: that every experience under Haus of Flõ leaves you calmer in spirit, stronger in body, and confident in who you are.
